New Pattern Releases

Introducing today two new patterns that I have been working on - first up is my Crochet Trim Blanket.  You may remember that a while back I made a Liberty version of this for my brand new baby niece.  Well after a lot of requests I have now turned that into a pattern for you all to enjoy.

This Blanket comes together very quickly using either Charm Squares or of course any fabrics that you love.  And only requires a few basic Crochet stitches to crochet this sweet scallop trim to your quilt.

The pattern includes the instructions for how to make the actual Quilt and then how to add your Crochet Trim Border to your quilt.  Such a sweet and delicate finish for a Quilt that just has a little something extra.

You can find the PDF Pattern for my Crochet Trim Blanket in my store.

My latest pattern is this modern and visually striking Confetti Quilt.  Based on my Confetti Cushion pattern I had several requests to up-size the cushion pattern to a Quilt Size version.

This amazing bundle of Trinket Fabric by Melody Miller for Cotton and Steel was the bundle I picked up at Sample Spree while I was away at Spring Quilt Market.  I knew this fabric range was the perfect fabric to showcase in this design.

This design is perfect for you to cut into your favourite Fat Quarter Bundles or will make a huge dent in your overflowing scrap basket.

This quilt is the perfect unisex quilt for people of all ages - adults and children alike will love this design.

Confetti Quilt is now available as a PDF Pattern in my store.

My patterns are also available wholesale through my Distributor - Creative Abundance.  These and all my patterns can be purchased through them for stores who are looking to stock my patterns.

Happy Sewing

  1. Hi Jemima! I love this quilt so much! I just purchased the pattern so I can begin it. Can I ask what background fabric that you used? I can’t quite tell if it’s a light gray or a light blue color? Thanks in advance!

    1. Hi Jennifer, the background is a Japanese Cotton/Linen Weave Blend - it is actually a Taupe colour. The most similar fabric I could tell you it is close to would be Essex Linen Homespun - available in a variety of colours. Hope that helps. Jemima
